The vast majority of our clients exhibit at key events relevant to their sector – whether this be a high-profile consumer show or a key B2B trade exhibition. The aim being to build their profile, amplify their presence and secure on-stand sales.

As we are all aware, such events can be very costly, so at Zeus PR we work very hard to ensure that we maximise our client’s investment, with as much ‘pre’, ‘during’ and ‘post’ event exposure as possible across social media and their target digital and print media for optimum visibility and to drive interest and traffic.

With each show our aim is always to support brands in creating awareness of their presence at the exhibition, generating standout from their competitors, support stand footfall and ultimately sales.

We work with our clients from the onset as part of their event planning process, sitting in on weekly meetings if required, so we can make sure that we are optimising their presence as much as possible.

The outputs may include:-

• pre-event and post-event press releases targeted at their trade and consumer media to promote their presence at the event
• preparing content for the show, such as handouts or entry into the show guides
• enlisting key speakers or celebrities to attend their stand, for additional standout with a meet and greet and media/influencer attention
• pre, during and post event social media content planning, drafting and posting for additional reach and engagement
