Testament to this commitment is our long-standing 13-year partnership with the University of Chester and their pioneering structured work placement programme, which prepares students for a thriving career after graduation.

Each year, we accommodate up to two students on a full-time, five-week placement. Here, they blend their academic learning with real-life agency campaigns, developing their knowledge within a professional environment while growing their skills and portfolios.

In Her Own Words: Azza Haider’s Placement Experience

This year, we were thrilled to welcome second-year Business & Marketing Management student Azza Haider. Azza has been an absolute delight to have in the office. Below, she shares her reflection on her five weeks with the Zeus PR team.

“Working at Zeus PR has taught me so much about the industry and given me valuable insight into a fast-paced agency environment. During my placement, I developed my research skills, gained hands-on experience with media outreach, and learned how to manage tasks efficiently and professionally. Every day brought new opportunities to work across different industries. I was trusted with real responsibilities from the very beginning, which helped build both my confidence and my skills. The knowledge I have gained will benefit me greatly in my future career.

One of the best parts of my internship was the supportive and welcoming team. Everyone was approachable and encouraged me to grow personally and professionally. Their guidance created a motivating and exciting environment. I have truly loved being part of a team that values professionalism and learning, and I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity.”
